All-on-4, was developed as a way to use implants more efficiently in both jaws. All on 4® dental implants include a full-arch rehabilitation with only 4-6 implants, which provide immediate function with a fixed provisional bridge. These dental implants support an entire arch of teeth (instead of the usual 8-10 implants). Patients who meet the criteria for immediate loading of implants have this highly recommended procedure, which is also graftless. Bone grafting is avoided by tilting the posterior implants, utilising the available bone. As bone grafting is avoided, there are shorter treatment times with immediate loading of the teeth.
As our expert implant surgeons use the latest technology, your new teeth can last up to a lifetime. Our patients have commented on the rapid improvement to their quality of life. As the patient walks out with same day teeth, there is positive patient satisfaction, and many are impressed with the aesthetics, speech and self-esteem their teeth give them.
A significant number of cases treated with the All-on-4® treatment concept are patients with failing teeth. Most people with missing teeth feel a lack of confidence due to their embarrassing smile and struggle with eating food, which has a bigger impact on their overall health and nutrition. Many others suffer from uncomfortable dentures or they may have had an accident and lost teeth.

A thorough evaluation of any patient is necessary to choose the right treatment and to establish the best treatment outcome. If your teeth need to be pulled or you no longer want to live without teeth, the All-on-4® treatment concept might be the right solution for you.
We allow 3 to 4 months for your dental implants to settle and the process to fit your teeth takes places over a few short appointments.
Our Master Dental Technician will meet with you to take new impressions of your mouth to ensure your new dental implant bridge is built to reflect your unique measurements. We use the latest in digital dentistry technology to check that your customised bridge will be a perfect fit, including checks for speech, bite and aesthetics, before our dental technician creates your final teeth in our on-site dental lab.
We invite you back for a review to ensure everything is working and looking well and then we can discuss your ongoing dental hygiene programme. This can also be arranged with your dentist, if you prefer to use them for your dental hygiene needs. We also contact your dentist and provide a full report on your treatment.
Please contact our Dental Implants Scotland team for a no obligation, complimentary consultation to assess your needs.
