He provides a range of dental treatments.
He also prides himself on his passion to deliver excellent patient care and helping

Lisa McKinstry is the Practice Manager at New Life Teeth, where she has been a dedicated team member since the practice opened in February 2017. Starting her journey as a Lead Dental Nurse, Lisa’s exceptional skills and commitment to patient care have seen her rise to the role of Practice Manager. In her current position, Lisa oversees the daily operations of the practice, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Her responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating staff, and enhancing patient care services.
Lisa’s expertise in healthcare management, patient relations, and team leadership has been instrumental in driving the practice’s success.

Angela started her career in beauty therapy before moving to Harvard, USA, where she managed reception at a general dentist practice for three years. She then worked as a treatment coordinator for a specialist orthodontist in Sydney for five years. She launched a successful e-commerce beauty supply business across Australia and New Zealand for 10 years before returning to Northern Ireland to be closer to family.
Now, Angela uses her customer service and dental experience in the New Life Teeth enquires team, helping patients across all of our clinics. Outside of work Angela likes to spend time with her friends, family and her dog.
Treatment Co-Ordinator
Georgia is one of our Treatment Co-ordinators at New Life Teeth, she has previously worked on both our reception and new enquiries team and loves chatting away with every patient who she meets along their treatment journey. She prides herself on being able to help our patients, no matter how small the request and to make sure they feel at ease. Holly is a Senior Surgical Nurse at New Life Teeth and assists with implant surgery’s and has a proactive and caring approach. Gregor has a special interest in implant dentistry. He has completed postgraduate training and is able to place and restore dental implants to replace missing teeth. He is currently a member of the Association of Dental Implantology, International Team for Implantology and holds a Diploma in Dental Implants from the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons in London.
Gregor is always looking to further his knowledge and regularly attends courses to ensure that he is trained in the most up to date techniques to ensure his patients get the treatment they deserve. John then moved to Edinburgh to continue his career and has worked in the Edinburgh area since 2001. Over the years John has pursued an intensive post graduate education completing and passing the required examinations and coursework to become a member of the joint dental faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, as well as a member of the faculty of dental surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
John's main area of interest is implant dentistry and he has completed the Royal College of Surgeons of England implant diploma course; this allows John to provide patients with more complex predictable dental implant treatment. Further to this John completed his fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and is regularly involved with the training and education with teaching of other dentists.
John particularly enjoys providing immediate full arch implants with same day teeth. Dr Clydesdale works closely with other colleagues and he referrals from a number of dentists from Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.

James graduated from The University of Sheffield School of Clinical Dentistry with honours in 2018 and he has worked in the North West ever since. Since graduating James has been keen to refine and develop his clinical skills to ensure that he can provide the most up to date treatments for his patients. James has undertaken extensive postgraduate training related to dental implants, digital dentistry, oral surgery and sedation. The field of dental implantology is the clinical focus of James and he was recently awarded his Master’s Degree in Dental Implantology with Distinction. Aamir is an Associate Dentist with a special interest in dental implants at New Life Teeth.
Aamir graduated with distinctions in restorative, paediatrics and orthodontics from Bristol Dental School and proceeded to complete his foundation training in Norfolk.
Aamir was privileged to work alongside some of the UK’s top oral and maxillofacial surgeons as a senior house officer in Manchester where his surgical skills quickly developed. Assisting in the treatment of patients who had been debilitated by tooth loss caused by trauma and oral cancer was pivotal in sparking his interest in dental implants. Upon further research, whilst conducting a project on patient awareness of the benefits of dental implant treatment, Aamir realised these patients experience radical improvements in their quality of life for several reasons, socially, functionally and aesthetically. In order to be an integral part of the patient journey, Aamir decided to pursue further education.
Aamir successfully completed a one-year full-time master’s degree in Implantology from Cardiff University with distinction where he conducted research on the treatment of peri-implantitis. He has current plans to return to the dental school to mentor aspiring dentists on their journeys.
Having observed first hand the troubles caused by tooth loss, Aamir has acquired the skills and qualifications to help patients with this problem and would be grateful for the chance to better the lives of others.
Aside from dentistry, Aamir has been a technical coach for a radio station in Bristol where he trained individuals to host their own shows. He received a V50 award for volunteering and was part of a team that raised £32,000 for Rahma (Mercy) a charity that carries out aid work in the Balkans. In his spare time Aamir enjoys archery, climbing and travelling. His favourite sport is Football, he plays in midfield and was captain of the ‘oral intruders’ during his time at university and supports Liverpool FC. You’ll Never Walk Alone.

Meet Dr Cameron, “Ireland’s Young Dentist of the Year”!
Dr Cameron graduated from University of Liverpool, where he was awarded the Gilmore Prize for outstanding knowledge and skills in Restorative Dentistry.
A year later, he completed the Royal College of Surgeons exam, MJDF MFDS Committed to advancing his expertise further, Dr Cameron completed a postgraduate Diploma in “Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry” mentored by one of the U.K’s leading aesthetic dentists.
More recently, Dr Cameron is concluding his three year Master’s programme in Dental Implantology at Manchester’s Implant Centre of Excellence. Dr. Cameron offers a wide range of smile enhancing treatments, including Invisalign, Composite Bonding and Dental Implants. His proficiency in Porcelain Veneers is particularly noteworthy, earning him the top prize for clinical excellence in the prestigious Porcelain Veneer Masterclass programme.

Outside of dentistry, Cameron is an avid sports enthusiast, in particular rugby and football, attending games whenever possible. He maintains an active lifestyle and is currently training towards an Ironman Triathlon.

Dr Louis Decadt graduated in 2020 from the International University of Catalonia in Barcelona with distinction in Restorative and Clinical Dentistry.
He is an Implantologist based in the North West of England, providing advanced implant treatment focused on precision, aesthetics, and long-term stability.After practising in the Lake District, he completed a three-year full-time Master’s degree in Oral Surgery and Implantology in Barcelona.
He has undertaken advanced implant training across Europe, including certification with the European Association for Osseointegration in Monaco, and is currently undertaking a PhD in Implantology.
His approach combines meticulous planning, digital technology, and minimally invasive techniques to deliver natural, refined results in a calm and discreet environment.
He speaks English, Flemish, and Spanish fluently. Outside dentistry, he enjoys tennis, football, music events, and painting.
Practice Manager

Kirsty has been a dedicated dental professional since 2012 and joined New Life Teeth in 2021. She began her journey with the company as part of the Belfast team before seizing the opportunity to relocate to Manchester, where she oversaw the opening of New Life Teeth’s fourth clinic in 2023 as Practice Manager.
Since launch, Kirsty has played a pivotal role in building the Manchester team and embedding the culture of exceptional patient care and high-quality service that New Life Teeth are known for. Recognised for her empathy, commitment and leadership, she has helped shape a warm and welcoming patient experience while supporting the growth and development of her colleagues.
Kirsty has recently completed training with the Institute of Leadership and Management, achieving a distinction in her course, and continues to broaden her skills, including qualifying as a facial aesthetics practitioner outside of work. Passionate about going the extra mile, she takes pride in ensuring every patient feels comfortable, supported and confident in their treatment at New Life Teeth.

Emily started her career in dental nursing in 2016. She has a keen interest in infection control, dental implants and oral health. At New life Teeth she is expanding her knowledge of digital dentistry and enjoys seeing the transformations of our full mouth implant patients. Emily is currently completing an infection prevention control lead course, and training in sedation and oral hygiene. Outside of work Emily enjoys going to the gym, walking her dog and reading.

Ruth has over 10 years of dental nursing experience particularly with full mouth dental implants. She has held senior positions in NHS, private and training sectors and has worked alongside leading industry specialists and talented oral surgeons across the UK and overseas. Ruth had her own dental nursing business before joining New Life Teeth to become involved in complex and life changing implant treatments. Ruth was the longest reigning ‘Miss Cheshire’ and used that platform to raise thousands of pounds for a number of local charities. She is also a qualified girl guiding leader, a volunteer at Cheshire Dogs home and a parent to the softest staffy you’ll ever meet, Monty!

Sundus has been working in the dental field since 2018, beginning her career as a dental nurse before progressing to Regional Lead Nurse across the North and Midlands of England. With a passion for learning and teaching, she previously trained nurses in the field before moving into her current role as Treatment Coordinator.
Now working closely with patients, Sundus enjoys guiding them through their treatment journey and ensuring they feel confident, informed, and supported. Outside of work, she enjoys arts and crafts, staying active and spending time with friends.
