Stop bone loss and preserve your facial structure
Avoid the discomfort and hassle of dentures
Achieve a natural-looking smile that lasts
Our streamlined process ensures you’re fully supported every step of the way:

We fit a fixed bridge or crown to your implants on the same day.

If your jawbone isn’t thick enough, a bone graft or augmentation may be required. Depending on your needs, this could take place before or during your full jaw implant procedure. During your free clinical assessment our specialist surgeon will let you know if bone augmentation is required and talk through your treatment options. We know the procedure may sound daunting, but it’s fairly common and our specialist team will support you through the entire process.
No, we only use the highest quality Zirconium for our final full arch prosthetic.
Caring for your implants is crucial for maintaining a healthy smile. Just like your natural teeth, they require regular brushing and flossing and general maintenance of your oral hygiene. Use a water flosser to clean your implant bridge and gums daily. Rest assured, our dedicated dental teams in Belfast, Edinburgh, Dublin, and Manchester will equip you with all the necessary aftercare guidance following your treatment.
Once a Prettau Bridge is attached to your dental implants, it becomes a permanent part of your mouth, ensuring it stays in place without moving or slipping like traditional dentures. However, it's crucial to remember that even though it's permanent, regular dental maintenance is necessary to keep it in optimal condition.
